Shipping policy

We at Scent Hype take pride in how we ship – we know your order is very important to you. Packaging is critical; we spend the time necessary to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner, and the contents are in pristine condition.

We generally ship your order within 3 days – Monday through Saturday. The cutoff is at 4pm PST, and the Saturday cutoff is at 11am PST. Sometimes there are issues with USPS that can cause technical delays or there are issues that we cannot control.

To keep your order safe until you receive it, we make sure to protect your order with proper packing. 

Order Tracking
Following your order, you will receive a confirmation email or text with your tracking information.

Average Delivery Times
Delivery inside of the U.S. takes on average 3-5 days, while international shipping can take up to 21 days.

Didn't Receive your Package?
If you are having issues finding your package, please message us at hello@scenthype.com.

Please be aware we do not ship to forwarding addresses on your first purchase, as mentioned above billing/shipping must match on first orders.

Scent Hype is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. After your package is handed to the carrier, we have no control.

International Orders

We offer international shipping, and prices vary depending on your location. International shipping typically takes 4 -21 business days to deliver.

Please note: Customs policies differ in each country. By purchasing your fragrance from Scent Hype, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately, we do not handle these charges and you may also be subject to the applicable VAT rate for your country. If purchasing from outside the US, you are responsible for all international duties upon arrival.  Please check your local government agency for these costs.
