Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns and offer refunds if there was a mistake with your order, or you received a defective item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund if you don’t like the product.

Defective Orders
If you received a defective item, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item at hello@scenthype.com for instructions. Please be sure to take photos or videos immediately documenting the defect.

We can discuss if you would like a replacement or a refund.  Refunds could take up to 30 days to process.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order if it has not been fulfilled or shipped.  Please email us immediately at hello@scenthype.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation” and your order number. 

Once your order has been fulfilled and/or shipped, it is ineligible for cancellation.
